Pudahuel, 26 de marzo de 2024. La Contraloría General de la República envió un equipo especial para investigar las eventuales irregularidades por la contratación de la productora Ruth Rojas.
Una investigación de Diario Tropezón reveló los detalles de la fallida fiesta del Día del Dirigente en Pudahuel, además de otros antecedentes de vinculaciones familiares y políticas.
El hecho más grave sería la existencia de un correo que vincula a un concejal de Conchalí con el cobro de una de las facturas que, sólo el 2023, suman 224 millones en servicios adjudicados por la productora para la Municipalidad de Pudahuel.
Fue el mismo alcalde Bravo quien reconoció en su momento que se llevarían a cabo evaluaciones para mejorar la organización en futuros eventos, tras lo cual se procedió a cursar una multa de $3.200.000 a la productora Ruth Elina por todos los problemas causados.
La decisión de Contraloría vino luego de que el concejal Patricio Cisternas, acompañado de la senadora Ximena Rincón (Partido Demócrata), solicitara una investigación especial a parte de Contraloría sobre posibles irregularidades (ver nota).
Los hechos investigados dicen relación con la poca experiencia de la productora en las áreas contratadas, la ampliación de contrato a pesar de la multa cursada sin la autorización del Concejo Municipal y, finalmente, el cobro de una factura de la productora por parte del hijo de Ruth Rojas, el concejal de Conchalí por el Partido Comunista, Santiago Arriagada.
Equipo especial de Contraloría aterriza en Municipalidad de Pudahuel
A través de un oficio, Contraloría informó a la Municipalidad de Pudahuel que enviará a dos funcionarios para investigar los contratos de la productora de Ruth Rojas.
Se trata de Ivanhoe Yáñez, auditor, y Adrián Briones, supervisor, quienes entrevistarán a personal municipal y revisarán documentos en una oficina especialmente habilitada dentro del municipio para determinar si son efectivas las irregularidades.
Se espera que esta investigación pueda dilucidar las denuncias de irregularidades que pesan sobre la productora y los posibles coletazos de una trama político-familiar asociada a esta.
