El procedimiento policial permitió incautar 47 recipientes con marihuana listos para su comercialización, dos bolsas de este estupefaciente a granel, y dinero en efectivo.
Pudahuel, Santiago de Chile, 18 de noviembre de 2023. La Prefectura Santiago Occidente de Carabineros informa, a través de su cuenta de Twitter, sobre la detención de tres personas, incluyendo dos mujeres, todas mayores de edad, por el delito de infracción a la Ley 20.000 de drogas.
La detención se logró por medio de un procedimiento policial de carabineros de 26ª Comisaría de Pudahuel, en el sector espacio Fisa, ubicado en el kilómetro 16 de la Ruta 68, en el sector rural de la comuna.
Durante la actividad policial, se logró la detención de los implicados y la incautación de 47 recipientes con marihuana listos para su comercialización, así como dos bolsas de este estupefaciente a granel en estado de ser embolsado. Además, se decomisaron 51 mil pesos en efectivo.
Es importante indicar que la marihuana incautada en este procedimiento policial, se considera como micrográfica, ya que la legislación establece que, para ser considerado tráfico de drogas, el volumen debe superar los 10 kilos de esta sustancia alucinógena (Marihuana: 10 kilos, cocaína: 750 gramos, hachís: 2,5 kilogramos, aceite de hachís: 300 gramos, Ley 20000).
Los detenidos, fueron puestos a disposición del Ministerio Público para su correspondiente control de detención, bajo la Ley 20.000 por drogas ilícitas.
