El paro se mantendrá hasta el viernes 29 de septiembre y afecta al sistema de salud primaria en todo el país.
Pudahuel, Santiago de Chile, 27 de septiembre de 2023. Durante los días 27, 28 y 29 de septiembre, los trabajadores y trabajadoras de la salud primaria de Pudahuel y Cerro Navia se han sumado a la paralización nacional convocada por la Confederación de Funcionarios y Funcionarias de la Salud Municipal (CONFUSAM). Entre las demandas se incluyen el pago del incentivo al retiro, el bono de trato al usuario, pasantías y garantías relacionadas con la financiación del sector.
En Pudahuel y Cerro Navia, solo se mantendrá la atención de urgencia, que incluye los siguientes servicios: atención a madres y recién nacidos, urgencias dentales, vacunación contra el tétano y la rabia, tratamiento de tuberculosis, curaciones avanzadas, despacho de leche y alimentos del día, despacho de medicamentos del día, urgencias médicas y el programa de postrados y postradas (solo para urgencias).
La presidenta de la CONFUSAM, Gabriela Flores, declaró a Radio Bio Bio: “Hasta ahora solo hemos recibido propuestas y buenas intenciones por parte del Gobierno. No tenemos ningún respaldo que indique que estas situaciones serán resueltas”. Instó al gremio a continuar con la convocatoria de movilización nacional porque “nuestras demandas son justas y afectan a todos nuestros trabajadores de la Salud Primaria”.
Mientras tanto, desde la Dirección de Presupuestos (Dipres), se mantiene la propuesta de aumentar los cupos del incentivo al retiro, pero esto depende de la ley de reajuste. En cuanto al Trato al Usuario, no hay una respuesta clara en cuanto al valor que corresponde a los trabajadores de la atención primaria, y en el caso de las pasantías 2023, no hay financiamiento disponible.
Consultados sobre la situación, los usuarios del sistema municipalizado de salud de Pudahuel expresaron su molestia, señalando que los paros de actividades siempre terminan afectando a las personas más vulnerables y a los ancianos.
