Pudahuel, Santiago de Chile, 26 de septiembre de 2023. Más de trescientas plantas de cannabis (marihuana), en etapa próxima a ser cosechadas, fueron incautadas por el equipo #MT0 de la Brigada de Investigación Criminal de Pudahuel de la Policía de Investigaciones de Chile (PDI), durante el día de ayer.
Este cultivo se realizaba mediante un sistema sofisticado de siembra en espacios cerrados (indoor) de cannabis en el interior de una propiedad ubicada en el sector del Parque Industrial en la comuna de Pudahuel.
El lugar de cultivo tenía todos los elementos necesarios para que estas plantas, que son utilizadas como droga psicoactiva depresora del sistema nervioso, crecieran vigorosas, como se puede apreciar en las fotos publicadas por la PDI.
En el procedimiento policial, fueron detenidas dos personas adultas responsables de este cultivo ilegal de cannabis en una vivienda; este hecho es penado como un delito de acuerdo a la Ley 20.000, que sanciona el tráfico ilícito de este estupefaciente.
Las más de ciento treinta plantas de cannabis estarían valuadas en más de 13 millones de pesos, según el Twitter de la PDI.
Los detenidos fueron llevados a comparecer ante el Ministerio Público junto con los elementos incautados que permitían el cultivo de esta droga psicoactiva depresora del sistema nervioso.
